Our Clinical Capabilities
Delivering Quality Care You Can Count On
Clinical Support Services
- Oxygen and ostomy management
- Wound care for up to Stage 2 (in partnership with a licensed home health provider for dressing management)
- Licensed hospice coordination for end-of-life care
Daily Living Assistance
- 24-hour staffing coverage
- Assistance with feeding and texture-modified diets (chopped, mechanical soft, purée; with physician’s order)
- Incontinence management
- Mobility assistance, up to two-person support (including use of mechanical lifts)
Medication Management
- Medication assistance provided by trained Resident Care Assistants
- Nurse-directed medication administration, including:
- Crushing appropriate medications
- Eye drop administration
- Inhaler support
- Bolus tube feeding (with physician’s order) Note: Injectable medications are not administered
- Coordination between nursing staff and pharmacy for on-site medication delivery
